Omar is ahh-mazing!  He installed AC, heating and thermostat.  I haven't had any issues.  He is responsive and without hesitation there when needed.  Just recently, Omar assisted me over-the-phone with getting my thermostat back on track after experiencing collateral damage from fire. As the old saying goes, "first impressions are everything", and in my case, that is true.  I was anxious while trying to find the right company to replace and install my inside and outside HVAC systems.  That anxiety quickly disappeared, because my initial consult with Omar (VERY professional) gave me a great feeling from the start.  He was prompt, respectful (wore a face mask and booties) and recommended the exact unit I needed, but provided comparable options at fair prices, so that I could decide.   He accurately sets your expectations to put your mind at ease.

The day before, Omar quoted a 7–9-hour timeframe, so I could plan out my day.  On the day of, the two VERY professional technicians (Bayron and Fernando) arrived promptly (wearing face masks and booties) and got straight to work.  The technicians removed the existing unit within an hour, cleaned the old debris from the area before installing (which was much appreciated) and installed the HVAC system (inside and out) from a predetermined work plan and EVERYTHING went smoothly; I hardly knew the technicians were there.  When they were finished, there was no evidence of that worked had been performed, as everything was pristine, and they hauled the old systems away.  The timeframe quoted was accurate (with 20 minutes to spare).
